I got a call from this guy on a night when I thought all hope was lossed. My wife had just filed for Divorce and my job just cut my hours. I was not in the mood for another telemarketer call. But when I spoke with Forest the first thing he said to me is ""Life is Good"". He told me he would be able to help me get the loan into my name and lower the payment. I was court ordered to put the loan in my name but thought that I would not be able to lower the payment as my interest rate was 4.75%. He droped it down to 3.5% on a 30 year fixed and I got to skip one month of mortgage payments. I am now able to afford the house and I no longer have the ex on the loan.
