Review content:
My husband and I were in Phoenix for his graduation, and chose to stay at the Westin Kierland. When you have never been to an area and are trying to pick a hotel from a list online, you tend to be a little wary. But we had stayed at a Westin hotel before and loved it, so decided to give it a try, and WOW! We were definitely impressed! We only stayed for a few days, but everything was wonderful. We spent more time at the hotel than we did anywhere! With an adult pool that was open 24 hours, and a family pool that was open during the day with lots of activities, there was always something to do. The exercise room was incredible! We ate most of our meals in the hotel restaurants, such as deseo, Nellie Cashman's and Waltz & Weiser. We had drinks at The Rim, which we enjoyed by the firepit overlooking the golf course. There were S'mores to be made, if you wanted. And the nightly bagpipes were just amazing. And I haven't even touched base on the Heavenly Bed and Bath, or the room in general! Everything was perfect. For our first visit, we couldn't have blindly picked a better hotel. And if I ever get a chance to visit the Phoenix area again, I will not hesitate to stay at the Westin Kierland again. Five stars isn't even close to being enough!
Pros: Close to shopping, great restaurants in the hotel, service, atmosphere,
