Review content:
This has to be the worst place to go for an oil change. Both my sister and I have gone there for their over-priced oil change. After her first trip, we found her front passenger tire more than 10 lbs under inflated immediately after they allegedly checked her tire pressure. Today, we went (why, I don't know) and didn't get all the services included in the premium oil change (e.g., vacuum floors, etc.) and they had the nerve to mark it ""completed"" on the receipts. They were also supposed to rotate my tires (extra charge) and they didn't tell me until after the oil change that they couldn't do the tire rotation. Had I known this at the start, I would have gone someplace else to get what I needed done! Congratulations, Jiffy Lube-Garner, you are down two customers plus everybody we can complain to.
Pros: Rather quick oil change without an appointment
Cons: Bad service, over-prived for what they do; skip services
