I have to say I agree with you all. Unfortunately being on a fixed income this is the cheapest place in our water surrounded area that I can afford. You canNOT rely on them for anything. Tells you something when one of their properties goes thru 5 site managers, well 6 now, in 10 years.
Pros: close to town, free heat
Cons: unhealthy, unsafe living conditions etc etc etc
