Before buying my Canon 5D and accessories I researched prices and services online. After a couple of weeks I decided to swing by Samy's. David thoroughly helped me set up a custom made offer for a kit, and when I returned the following week Larry helped me tweak it to excellence with honest a knowledgeable advice. In the lighting department, Ken showed me the same kind of patience and skill, and now I can't wait to play with my ""toys""!! Will I return to Samy's when I need to expand my kit?...It's a duh!
