Mr. Alford was very easy to make an immediate appointment with until after he received my money to retain his services. After that, it was almost impossible to get him on the phone. I finally resorted to mailing him e-mails which he would charge me to read, but he would never respond to. I had been under the impression that he would be giving me advice in my best interest. Sadly, what little advice I was able to obtain was from his staff. When I called to ask about things that should have been completed by him and his office, he had no clue what I was talking about because his paralegal had done all the work! I was very disappointed by his services.
