Review content:
I work for a mortgage broker, and we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Stephanie Tonnessen at a bad time. We asked Stephanie right before closing if she would send us the HUD settlement statement for review, and it was as if we asked her to sacrifice her child. Not only did she bite my head off, she requested to speak with my supervisor, cussed him out, cussed out my supervisor's boss, and maintained nasty communication with us during the rest of the closing process. She accused me of not making enough money to care about our borrower and belittled me on the phone, working herself up into a rage that ended with her saying, ""I have no more time to waste on this file today"" and hanging up on me. We ended up missing the signing by a couple days because she would not work peacefully with our company. I understand getting frustrated, but she let it come between her and her duties, and it was the buyer who paid the price.
