Stephanie Tonnessen at Advantage One is one of the best escrow officers I have worked with and I have been in the business for over 20 years. She does what ever it takes to ensure that your transaction closes on time and with as little confusion as possible. If a problem arises she handles it as a professional, and with her contacts and experience problems are no problem. Definately recommend her!!!!
