Stay away from this office. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor's office as I have here. I was made to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes and the receptionist, Belinda, called my insurance company who faxed over all of my eligibility information. After which she decided (again, a receptionist) that I was not to be seen that day and made it very clear that Blue Shield of California must be somehow lying to her that I am a member. I don't understand how someone could mess that one up so badly either, it doesn't make sense. At one point in arguing with her, she started laughing however I didn't catch the joke. At another point she asked why I wanted to see the doctor. I didn't go to there to be seen by a receptionist, I went to be seen by a doctor and I don't feel everyone in the waiting room should hear my private matter. Dr. Sitar walked by several times yet could care less. A doctor is only as good as his office staff and somewhere along the way his office staff have learned that it's okay to treat patients poorly. I really hope this helps save other potential patients from the waste of time that this doctor was. I saw many elderly patients there and I feel so bad for them, I could only imagine how they treat them behind closed doors.
