My sister and I traveled up to Broomfield on a whim to try Taru Sushi. Not sure if it would be worth the drive we were very pleasantly surprised. This was by far the best sushi I have ever had. The ingredients were so fresh, and not just the fish, the cucumber, avocado, roe, all of it!
You can tell it is a family run restaurant with the mother and son serving tables and the father behind the counter rolling the sushi. It was so so so great and totally worth the drive from Denver. I would go back to Taru before I go to Sushi Den or Sasa.
