Review content:
These posts are a sham, created by the owner to make you believe they have a good reputation. They are committing a massive amount of fraud, their foremen have been known to threaten customers (and press for tips), and they do everything in their power to postpone or even avoid paying for damages. They no longer have a claims department and the claims they do have date back to last year and even before then. They don't pay up and have even tried to blame customers for their own damaged furniture. They're still trying to get away with not paying for a Flat screen TV a foreman stole. Don't trust them. The workers haven't been paid on time in months. Make sure your building double checks the validity of their Certificate of Insurance. They have been sending out fakes all over NYC to allow them access to buildings they are not covered for. If you want your job done right, by honest reliable people, you don't want TLC.
