This company was completely disorganized, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I typed some transcripts for them and they were to pay me two weeks later. When I did not receive my check, I called a week after I was to have received it. First Etta said she did not receive my transcripts. When I repeated ""You didn't get them?"", she changed her mind and said maybe there was a discrepancy with my transcripts - the ones she doesn't even remember getting, but promised to pay me in writing after she acknowledged their receipt. She was unable to identify any specific discrepancy. I went over it line by line. The only discrepancy was she is so disorganized, she forgot to pay me and did not have enough professionalism or integrity to say so. She promised to call and email and so far has not. So far I have not been paid. One time Etta even pretended not to be herself on the phone and pretended to be a receptionist even though I totally recognized her voice! I really question the stability of this person in addition to her unprofessionalism. On the other hand I have connected with people who have told me horror stories that match my experience, of sending files to be transcribed that got lost, missed deadlines and products that were unprofessionally done with typing and grammatical errors. I would not recommend hiring this company or working for them. The least professional company I have had the misfortune to be involved with. Buyer beware
