Too bad a 0 stars review was not allowed! National Business Factors (collection agency) Collection Rep Penny Nichols is a lying cheat! I did not realize when I spoke with somebody 4 months ago that it was a collection agency, I thought I was speaking with the hospital claiming the debt. So when I responded with what we had spoke about, I called the hospital & now she is the rudest idiot I have EVER spoken to on the phone! I will see you in court if you have the BALLS!!! In the meantime I will take you down on my credit! They didn't submit for payment & that is NOT my friggin fault! Summon me toots!!! Let's do the stomp your butt waltz!!!!
