Renting from this agent for over two years this is what we have gone through...water bill which was still under the property owners name was not given to us on a monthly basis. Sometimes we only received it after the bill had been past due 3 or 4 months. This shows as a bad credit rating for the owner via the assessors office. When we moved in to this property the house was filthy. We had to clean everything before we could use each area. This included dog feces in the back yard left by the prior tenants and an oven that looked as though it had not been cleaned in years. Our move in inspection had to be amended with a few extra pages for us to try to include everything that was wrong. We were told the house had been painted throughout which it was not. We were told the carpets were cleaned throughout, which if they were, was not done correctly as there were noticable pet stains on the carpet. The list went on. During our stay there, nothing that was on our move in inspection was ever fixed. When we moved out the house was more inhabitable then when we moved in. When we received this agents findings when we moved out, it was as if she was charging us for everything that was on our move in sheet. You could match up her move out findings to our move in findings. I was appalled that someone could be so dishonest. I figured if she needed the money that badly then she must be a person in need. However, I would advise everyone to seek a rental elsewhere and the home owners to seek a property manager else where. This agent is not working for either the owner or the tenant and does not have anyone's interest in mind but what she can gain for herself financially.
