Review content:
Rented a 30 ft RV for a 2 1/2 week trip. I chose Bates originally because they were recommended by a friend, but they also gave a competitive quote for my type of RV. The rental staff was very kind and took plenty of time to answer all my questions (must have had about 20 of them!). I also have to note that the billing was straightforward - no surprises at the end of the rental. For these reasons I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
