On Friday, June 8th, I had a resin blow back from my water softener. When I called, Andria gave me some useful information. Unfortunately, my bypass valve was leaking badly when I tried to use it. When I called back, Andria got me a service tech on the line. I don???t remember his name but he was great too. That same day, before 5:00 PM, they had Robert out to my house. Robert was terrific. He was conscientious, smart and very helpful. Not only did he repair my water softener, he changed the filters in my reverse osmosis system as well. One visit did it all. He also gave me many useful tips on how to clear my lines and hot water heaters. I can???t say enough good things about your company. You are all great people who care about your customers. It just doesn???t get any better than that. I looked for your review page, but could not find it. Please post this email on it and make sure to let everyone know. I will be a customer for life.
