BE WARNED!! Were To Start! First all I Have never done this before I never do REVIEWS, but I had to SHARE! My Sons's 1ST BIRTHDAY we ordered a super hero cake, I was so EXCITED. I had NEVER ordered from this place before but I LOVE CAKE BOSS and saw This placed appeared with him. So this mom decided it was a good choice to go with. How WRONG I WAS!!!! THE CAKE WAS A MESS! the characters were cracked and were all placed wrong. The Cup cakes we got you could not even tell what the symbols were! Lets not forget when we cut the cake it fell to pieces!!We Served CRUMBS!! Needless to say I CRIED! My husband decided to call the ownerto tell him what happened and our experience and this is what he said... "" I REVIEW EVERY CAKE THAT COMES OUT OF MY SHOP AND I DON'T REMEMBER A SUPER HERO CAKE BEING MADE"" Hmmmm What does that tell me!....... He stated "" LET ME SEE PICTURES SEND THEM TO ME I WILL INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO YOU"" So we sent him a few pictures of the cake!! GUESS WHAT?? He is ignoring our calls, he does not even have the *&%! to call us back!! At least tell us something!! Now im having to plan my daughters 15TH BRITHDAY and is going to choose very careful who i go with this time around! I give this place 0 STARS
