Review content:
My husband and I were given a gift card for Outback as a gift and we decided it would be a nice night out! We got there, it wasn't busy at all so we were seated right away. We both wanted the roasted filet with shrimp scampi. The waiter comes back and says they're out of roasted filet??? um, ok... so we order sirloin with scampi instead. I asked for a side salad, which i never got (thankfully wasnt charged for either) and so when our entress came I was starving!! Well, the way it was plated, everything tasted like garlic garlic garlic!! Then they serve it with garlic mashed potatoes!!! Ugh!! the shrimp were way too overdone and that ""scampi"" if that's what you would call it, garlic sauce just overpowered everthing on the plate!! Even my veggies! So, when we got the bill and realized how much it was for mediocre food (almost 45.00) I said thank God it was a gift card. I'd pick Texas Roadhouse over this anyday and it's cheaper!
