Before we moved in in Jan 09, my roommate and i was told out rent for a 2 bedroom apt would be 575. the day we moved it the price changed form 575 to 600. Our apt has a real bad ant problem and maintenance never really solved the problem. We has screens missing out our windows, we were promised an alarm system that still has not been put in. I would not recc this apt to anyone either unless it ia a last resort opt
Pros: cheap, heat included
Cons: false advertising for rent prices, bad maintenance
