I lived here not to long ago, and I would never refer anyone to live there. A 3 days before my move-in day I was told it might take longer for the apartment to be ready because they still had to redo the carpet, and fix a few things. When I moved in I thought I moved into a sauna. All faucets but my kitchen sink were running at full speed, all hot water. The only way to turn them off was to turn the water off to my apartment itself. The tile around my tub was caved in and moldy. Not one thing on my walk-thru was fixed, the entire year I was there. The paint bubbled above my tub from a roof leak (which also leaked into my walls in the bathroom and bedroom.
Pros: Security, Cheap
