I go to Fuji's often, and am usually satisfied with the atmosphere, and the staff. I went last night and as I was eating a maki roll, bit on something hard. It was a piece of glass! My boyfriend brought it to the attention of our waitress who said ""oh no, I shouldnt say this but it happens. We're busy"" She offered to get us a new order, or take that item off of our bill. OBVIOUSLY I couldnt eat anything else, not only was my mouth cut, but I didnt know the source of the broken glass, and was not going to risk it happening again. We were unable to talk to a manager, but were obviously dissatisfied with their sollution. I just am so confused as to how she could have told us ""it happens"" and not comp my meal as I couldnt eat anything else!!!
