last week i was at Little Tokyo and was a joke, then tried Fine` in Wake Forest with a friend who was in love with the place. Place was nice and clean,best of all chef seems to be real honest and knew about what he was doing. All of the sushi was very fresh even though chef told me some of the fish in this area have no choice but to get flash frozen fish. There were no excotics that I was used to in west coast but every sushi and specials we ordered had flavor of it's own. In state of NC this place is a must to go to.
Pros: excellent sushi
Cons: need some time on weekends for food
