I took this course with an isntructor named Dan Prego. Terrible waste of time. This istructor is terrible. He wasted my time by talking about his personal life. He has a havey accent, mispronounces words, totally hard to understand him. In addition to his accent, he also wasted a lot of time talking about things totally unrelated to real estate, conversations such as Donald Trumps hair go on for 15-20 minutes. If you take it with RET make sure you stay away from Dan.
