Review content:
This is one of the few places in Southport that's affordable for lunch but romantic enough in the evenings to take that special someone on a date. Unfortunately, the food is not even close to my expectations. I lived in Atlanta for four years and had the opportunity to experience what REAL Thai food is. If you want a real curry, look elsewhere. If you want something ridiculously hot (Vindaloo?), look elsewhere. If you want quick service, look elsewhere. If you want some standard Chinese fare, go down Long Beach Rd and find Taste of China.
They seem to have trouble cooking chicken correctly, and the sauces are commonly oily and excessively runny. People in Brunswick County say great things about this place, but either a) I've just been unlucky MULTIPLE times with what I've ordered or b) people around here don't know what good Thai is. The food is affordable, but definitely not worth your time or the price.
Pros: Close to work, atmosphere
Cons: Sub-par food
