I have trained with Jose Madrigal since 2006, at first to recover from knee surgery, and now to keep msyelf from being in worse shape. He tailors his work outs to challenge you with out being pushy, knowing exactly what is needed to help you reach your goals. If you don't have goals, he helps you set them. The gym is always clean, bright, and full of energy. Jose is someone you would want to train even after hitting your goals. If you have been meaning to hire a trainer, call Jose. You know you need to!
