This gym is specifically for those working with a trainer and the trainers here are the best! Working with a trainer has been a real confidence booster. It takes away any fear you may have of gyms or machines and it keeps you accountable to actually going every time so you don't talk yourself out of working out. I've only worked with D'Ondra but all the other trainers are friendly and fun too. D'Ondra really inspires me to work hard and continue training. She's kind and caring and her workouts are always interesting and different - I'm never bored and always feel challenged. She's always encouraging without being mean but she's just the right amount of tough without being a drill sergeant. She takes exercise and nutrition seriously which has taught me to value it more. The gym itself is clean, there's always cold water in the water cooler, always clean towels and the equipment is great. They have several cardio machines to choose from - treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, row machines. Anything you need to train with, weights, bosu balls, cords, etc. And even though it's small scale and very personal you never have to wait for machines or have to share too much space with others but at the same time there are other people there so you get to know everyone and it starts to feel like home. I also love that as long as I'm working with a trainer there I can come into the gym whenever I want as long as they're open. Pros: very personal and friendly, feels like home Cons: not open on Sundays
