Review content:
I gave them my northface jacket and asked them to clean it and fix the sleeve... they had my jacket for almost a month... I called and called and she just kept making up excuses. I finally got my jacket and the sleeve was barley fixed, had strings hanging out and the jacket looked like it was never cleaned. I also took my husbands jacket there which had some cold slaw on it and they didn't clean it very well at all, still had some stains and dirt... I am very disappointed... and let me just say, this was my very first time being here... I felt like the lady was very friendly with people she knew and felt like she kind of brushed me off... she was very friendly with a man who came in to see her but I stood there for like 10 mins waiting for her to finish her conversation with the man in line.... I'll never go back!
