My family and I ate at Bubbalous last week, something we did about once a month, and after this last time we will NEVER eat there again.
I ordered the brisket and more than half of it was nothing but FAT. The rest was average, dry meat. Its really quite a simple act to trim the center strip of fat out of brisket, and most BBQ places do it. But their cook doesnt for some reason. Lazy, resentful, who knows but we will never be back and will advise everyone we know where NOT to go for good BBQ.
