I never write reviews for places I visit, but Angelo Bernacchi's amazed me so much I absolutely had to praise them publicly.
First of all, I live in Chicago, so I was a bit concerned ordering from somewhere so far away and ensuring it was delivered to where I needed it to go without ever seeing the order. I got a last minute notice about funeral arrangements and scrambled to find a flower shop that would be able to deliver to a funeral home in Indiana on extremely short notice. I was impressed with how professional Angelo Bernacchi's was. Angelo Bernacchi's provided outstanding service and delivered my order mere hours after I placed it.
The real testament to the service of this flower shop comes weeks after my order was placed. I ordered the flowers through work and accidentally threw away the invoice. I called Angelo Bernacchi's in a panic, begging them for a receipt of some kind that I could submit to my boss for reimbursement. An employee dug through the computer system for my order, created an invoice for me, and faxed it to my work within an hour.
Thank you for your service Angelo Bernacchi's -- I cannot praise you highly enough. EXCELLENT service and OUTSTANDING results.
