Review content:
I recently had an excellent experience in a mold case handled by Miller Law, Inc. Although the case was long, time cosuming and VERY expensive, good things come to those who wait. I found Miller Law kept me informed during the case. I did not like to have to pay hourly for the case, but it involved construction defects and MOLD. I do not know other attorneys who handle mold cases so I hired Mr. Miller. Although I ended up paying over $50,000 in attorneys fees over the 19 months of representation, the case settled for well into the six figures. Had I been represented under a contingency fee, I would have had to pay 1/3 of my settlement (ie over $100,000) in attorneys fees and might not have had enough money left over the fix. my home.
Pros: negotiator; knowledge of subject matter
