Review content:
I returned the glasses to the Flatirons Sunglass Hut and dealt with Matt Moya. I planned to exchange the $300.00 glasses, but after being treated so poorly, I decided I'd rather do business with just about anyone else on the planet rather than him. He was an arrogant mean-spirited J E R K.. He didn't want to take them back and told me I had to go to Cherry Creek for the return. No I didn't want to have to go out of my way just becuase he didn't want to process a return. What the heck happend to that super warantee and return policy they shove in your face when they are selling the glasses?
Pros: I learned it is better to buy at Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom where they understand customer service
Cons: They get nasty when you need to return or exchange. But love taking your money.
