I don't do reviews often, and it's even rarer that I rate someone so highly, but I have to recommend Rooter Wizard. I have recommended them to both my sons, and they felt the same way about the work they do and how helpful they are, which really makes me look like the hero for recommending them. I always get the sense when having Jeff here that if something takes a little longer of if there are complications, and there probably always are in his business, he seems to pack in more work to increase the value. I've noticed that twice, and it's great. For instance, this week he had to run out and get parts, and the parts were difficult to get, so he had to run around. When he came back, there was something else, unrelated to the service that I had him here for, and he helped me with that problem real quickly, saving me money on that and making the service call all the more valuable to me.
