I am so greatful for the excellent service they gave me. If you ever thought of really good food at a greasy spoon then this is the spot for car rentals. The owner Jim is so helpful. He came in on his off time to help me out of my situation from a previous rental office that I had great difficulty with. In the middle of my rental I had to cancel my cc cuz of fraud charges and I called him to let him know and he said it would not be a problem and that he could pay me the difference in cash when i get back. When I got the car I was a bit shocked. But I really just needed a vehicle to do the job. So when I got my 98 Lincoln Continental I was very humble. I was actually shocked when I was driving it, it was really smooth and comfortable. It made me rethink my impression of this particular body style of cars and the stigma they carry. When I did rent it Jim explained to me that it just got back and that it wasn't cleaned but to mention his name and he wouldn't charge me for the cleaning fee. And sure enough I was not charged the cleaning fee unlike some other establishments that promise but do not deliver. When I got back to return the car, sure enough Jim paid me back the difference of the charge on my card and he was able to give me a ride to my destination. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Jefferson City area. Jim goes out of his way to make sure to have the clientel he has. He wants you to keep coming back. And to tell you the truth, if I ever have to go back to Jefferson City, I probably will only rent from him. Don't expect top of the line cars, but expect the best service that Jefferson City has to offer.
