This place is a rip off! We are not well off and just recently purchased an older car. The car had been sitting in our driveway for the last 2 weeks and there had been no oil leaks at all. My mother took the car to Jiffy Lube on Olson Drive in Rancho Cordova 2 days ago and besides charging her astronomical rates for an standard oil change, they also tried to say that we had an oil leak and needed to replace this and that. My mother declined and took the car home. Well now the oil is leaking a lot! it was not broken or leaking until these people worked on it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE CROOKS! and now they have put us in a very bad place. We do not have the money to replace whatever it was that they broke. Does anyone know any legal action that we can take?
