On saturday evening @ 5:45, we got a call from the Limon hostess saying that they were way over booked and could not honor our 8:00 reservation (for a party of 4 that was made one week before!)We needed to come in either at 6:30 or 9:30 ! We refused, told her it was unacceptable and would make other arrangements.
Never in my 17 + years in the resturant business have i ever, ever heard of this happening! I completely understand being overbooked which is a blessing in this day and age, but call us and let us know if you will not be able to seat us right away and give us the OPTION of moving our reservation.
