Review content:
If you are not interesred in living in a ""College Complex"", avoid this place. Today I called about an apartment for my family to move to. Living in a college town, my first question was ""Do you have mostly college students or families?"" Her response was ""Anyone who passes our qualification process can move in, we have a mixture."" However, when I asked about the rent the truth came out. They rent out thier apartments per bedroom. For those of you who are new to this, that is aprtment speak for ""College Complex"". They match you up with roommates if you don't have one. I don't want to move my children into a booze soaked, loud, party driven complex. They'll have to deal with that soon enough. This company needs to be upfront and honest!
