Review content:
Both my parents and my cousin lived in St Cloud Village. These people are complete neat freaks and left their apartments in perfect condition including repainting and having carpets steamed and both were charged ridiculous fees (totaling over $1000 in both cases) for damages months after moving out despite the fact that both apartments were inspected on moving day and found to be in perfect condition by management. -and yes they do add this to your credit report!
Pros: Very Affordable
Cons: You get charged for nonexistent damages when you move out.
