I worked in the area and took my vehicle for oil changes and recently an alignment. They didn't do a proper alignment and last time they changed my oil, my radiator cap was 'mysteriously' loose so all my anti-freeze leaked during a trip. The management was horrible because after quitting my job in the area, they said the company I worked for still owed money so they were very rude to me and seemed like they did not want to work on my vehicle EVEN though I was a return customer. I worked in retail for 5 years and I have to say this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Poor service, poor treatment. I write this review because of how disgusting my experience really was. The NTB in douglasville warrantied my alignment and took excellent care of me so AVOID THIS NTB IN KENNESAW. Its YOUR money, don't let them fool you.
