Christy Lane has been our children's pediatrician for over two years now. Her style is laid back and easy going (versus stiff and impersonal), and our children respond in a highly relaxed and positive manner towards her. Her well-child check-ups are thorough, and she is more than willing to answer any questions I have posed to her without seeming hurried, bothered, or disinterested. The office staff is not necessarily all smiles and rainbows, but then again, neither am I. They are, however, highly professional and accommodating. We have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for our scheduled appointment, a fact I truly appreciate. As well, Dr. Lane has called me back on more than one occasion in the middle of the night after I've left a message with her answering service regarding an urgent or worrisome medical situation. Knowing that your doctor is in essence on call and taking your concerns seriously 24/7 results in peace of mind that is priceless. Dr. Lane is a gem and I wholeheartedly recommend her to others.
