Review content:
I was charged $190 for ""in home service"" which consisted of a visual inspection of my big-screen TV, and given a ""guesstimate"" of $600 - $800 to fix, plus I was told at that time that I would be charged an additional $180 to take the set in for complete diagnostics because in-home diagnostic was ""too complicated"". The tech used no instrumentation whatsoever to diagnose the problem. I was led to believe that they could diagnose the problem and fix the TV in my home, hence I thought the $190 was charged so that they could afford to buy and transport the necessary diagnostic equipment, but all the tech brought with him was a toolkit with some screwdrivers and other basic tools.
When I asked for a refund of the $120 diagnostic fee (I was still willing to pay the $70 ""travel time"" cost), the office manager refused.
Cons: Deceptive practice, Overpriced, Non-performing
