Review content:
Paid $210 for home visit and diagnostics of Hitachi big screen. I gave them all of the info on the TV (model, problems, ect.) so the tech. could study up before he came. He arrived on time with no diagnostic devices. Did have a screwdriver to try another bulb, but brought the wrong replacement. Just looked at the set and wrote down problems. Said he would contact Hitachi and contact me back. When I finally contacted him, he said Hitachi would not help him. I am now working directly with Hitachi. Total waste of my money to pay these fools.
Cons: Take you money for nothing.
