I had a wonderful experience with Frew this past March/April. We were in the middle of a mess with another company that claimed we needed a $7,000+ pipe reconstruction. I called Frew for a second opinion and thank goodness I did! First the owner, Jim Frew, came to our home to look at our situation and offer his advice. He sent his technician, Bill, to our house to send a camera down our pipes. Basically, Frew saved us AT LEAST $7,000 and disproved everything the terrible first company had told us. Bill was completely thorough and sent the camera down each pipe and showed that our pipes were in NO need of reconstruction, and offered his advice for simple, routine maintenance on our pipes. Honest, and then Jim was ever so helpful in my confronting the other company about their business practices. let me add, Jim gave me an estimate for the same reconstruction Co. #1 insisted we needed, just to curb my curiousity, and it was about $2600 less (he was unaware of bid #1). I love Frew and I appreciate everything they did for us throughout this whole mess! Jim took a lot of time with me, and it was very clear that he cared about the treatment we received.
