I have used Southport security twice now. They are very professional and responsive. The prices are reasonable compared to other places. I don't feel like they will rip me off either. The first time they came out I had two locks that were not working. The service guy said he would try to fix it versus replacing it. He ended up fixing the locks and no replacement necessary. I am sure other companies would rather spend the time replacing especially since it cost the customer much more to get the lock replaced. I will keep using them for any locks problems I may have in the future. I definitely recommend them to anyone!
