save your time and heartache. it is MY opinion based on experience to tell anyone thinking of renting here, not to. the rent is reasonable , but the bills are horrendous. your inexpensive rent will soon turn into a very expensive apartment. the hvac unit does not heat the upstairs nor cool upstairs. it remains freezing cold in the winter even if your heat it turn up to the maximum , the windows and doors leak cold air leaving ice formation on your windows. the plumbing is always breaking due to the hard water i was told. who knows. just expect high water bills from toilets running, washing machine leaks etc. also unless you plan on renting one of the completely remodeled apartments, expect things to start breaking ie: doors, closets, appliances (expect to be held responsible). i was told this is a friendly setting but it is not. your privacy is limited esp due to the thin walls . in my opinion i would not recommend this complex at all.
Pros: washer and dryer in all units, has a basement, and is in a nice town
Cons: very high elec bills, zero privacy, high water bills, upstairs freezing, unkind management
