I'm about three years from retirement from Boeing and was scared that my 401k wasn't earning enough interest in the Stable Value fund. But I certainly wasn't ready to take a lot of risk and loose its value like some people I know did in 2008.
I met with Stephen after seeing his ""free review"" sign and am glad I did. Unlike other advisors who are quick to tell you to roll the money over asap, Stephen looked at the big picture of my retirement and recommended I keep my money at Boeing until I retire so I can still get a match. He also was very knowledgeable about the different options available in VIP and made some good suggestions for alternatives to Stable Value.
This kind of advise and selfless attention is what I was looking for and will be definitely bring my money over to him when I retire!
