After many years of trying multiple hair salons in the Portland area, a friend recommended Victor. Victor and his team, Neptune and Becca, are by far the most amazing hair design and color team I have ever met. Victor ""listens"" to hair and is truly a ""hair whisperer""! In fact my whole family goes to Volero for all our hair needs. It's such a wonderful experience, and no matter what your needs are, you are listened to and made to feel important. And, it's fun too! I highly recommend Volero!!
