It's interesting reading all these comments and ""arguments"" that I see on this review site. Enough to the point where I would like to post an honest review.
I have been going to see Victor for 4 years now. He is the only person I would trust to cut my hair. I can go to him with a specific idea and he will cut it that way, or I can go to him with a feeling I want to have... case and point... turning 30 I wanted to be a rockstar so he proposed blonde panels. They were fabulous and fun until I let them grow out. He can make you look like how you want to be.
I have seen his staff come and go. The true family members that are there are genuine and true. The ones that have come and gone have done so because they weren't good or developing good under the apprenticeship that Victor has. Instead of stepping up to try to be better, I have seen them leave because it's easier to work at a place where there's no passion for improvement.
I have been patient with changes at Volero, because to me, it's worth it to get treated with respect, honesty and like family and still come out looking fabulous.
I really recommend making an appointment with Victor and Neptune and now Becca (I hope I spelled that right). I was just there this weekend and I am still happy with my results. He offers Tea, Wine and Coffee to help make your afternoon feel like home.
Victor and any staff he has working will always make you look how you want to look or help nudge you in the right direction if you are unsure. You can trust anyone there. I have and always will.
Experience it yourself rather than read some of this gossip that is probably not valid.
