Businiess name:  VICTOR HUGO SALON

Review content:
I've been in Portland for five years now. When it comes to hair and beauty, I've tried it all: the Aveda Institute, Bishop's Barbers and a few of the higher end places. I've had some acceptable experiences (and some not so) but have never been drawn to go back. I have also never been compelled to write a review on anything, despite being a food, beauty and bar enthusiast. Considering all the above and the fact that I'm an insanely busy college student means that Volero is truly something special. This became apparent from the moment that I set foot in the salon. It was unlike any salon I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot of salons). The best thing about it was their genuine dedication to excellence. This sounds generic but I don't how to better articulate it. Every decision was made scrupulously but passionately. And they did it in such a way that you too felt like an artist working to perfect your own masterpiece.
