I have been a very satisfied cut and color client of Victor?s for over 6 years. During those years, he has provided consistent quality work. My experience has been that Victor?s style is one that includes truly listening to what the client wants to achieve with their cut or color, while providing his professional opinion as to the potential advantages and disadvantages of the end result. In addition the discussion doesn?t end there. Before the client leaves the salon, Victor always invites the client to discuss how they feel about the end result and if there is anything they would request differently the next time. In rare cases, where the client realizes that they might not have made the correct decision regarding the service they wanted and truly are dissatisfied with the result, Victor has always made arrangements for a follow-up appointment as quickly as possible, often times at his expense, to achieve a result satisfactory to the client.
