Hello! I had hair that draped to the middle of my back. It's thick and curly, & I've never had a good experience with hair cuts. Needless to say, my hair was dry and damaged, and ready to be cut. So, for my birthday, I decided that it would buy myself my haircut. I was there for quite a while but i was in no hurry. I saw people who came in who were in a hurry & the staff was very attentive to that need. Contrary to Michele's comment, the teamwork was amazing. You can tell they work well together and treat you very special. The service is amazing and was worth the hour drive and $215 hair do for me. I did have it colored a dark auburn with streaks of strawberry blond. The woman who dyed my hair told me to wash my hair in cooler water the first few times but i ttoally forgot & a lot of the dye did come out the first couple times. I am very pleased with what they did and will continue to give them my business
